Through the contact form on this site, only the data you choose to provide is collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Type of event and approximate date (optional)
• The message you write

If you prefer to get in touch on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp own privacy policy, and I only keep the data needed to deal with your enquiry.

3. Purpose of processing

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To arrange and coordinate the appointment if you decide to book.
• To keep in touch as needed to deliver the service (confirmations, schedule changes, venue details).

Your data is not used to send unsolicited marketing, and is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Consent

By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you give prior, express and informed consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@makeupmedellin.com.

5. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 you have the right to:

• Request proof of the consent given.
• Be told how your data has been used.
• Lodge a complaint with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data.
• Access your personal data free of charge.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@makeupmedellin.com stating your name and your specific request. You will receive a reply within the timeframes set by law.

6. Data retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if you book the service, for the period required by applicable regulations. It is deleted afterwards.

7. Security

This site runs over HTTPS and reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

8. Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare (Font Awesome), and uses Google Analytics for aggregate statistics. These providers may record your IP address when serving those resources. See the cookie policy for details.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
